Waiver for Delivery from New Flame Propane & Firewood

For deliveries, placement for product is on the driveway or any reasonable hard surface. Realize that our trucks are heavy so we prefer to stay on your driveway (please take extra caution if the driveway is less than one year old). Please keep in mind that our trucks “dump” so special attention should be made when choosing your dump location (for example, low lying tree limbs or wires). Using a tarp or cone to mark the location is preferable and helps ensure the exact location if no one is going to be home at time of delivery. If you are ordering a color enhanced mulch, please note that the environmentally safe color enhancement can cause discolorations and/or stains to driveways, vinyl siding or any light colored material.

For Placement of Product to a designated location other than the driveway is not recommended.

New Flame Propane & Firewood is given sole permission to dump Firewood materials to designated site. New Flame Propane & Firewood is not held responsible for property damage incurred due to this delivery. Driver has the right to decide whether if he/she can go off road. Customer accepts responsibility for any fees associated with towing and/or removing of New Flame Propane & Firewood equipment/vehicles from property associated with this delivery if in any area outside of recommended dump areas this is including other person’s property.

By signing this waiver, authorizes to enter the property listed herein, acknowledges that damage incurred to sidewalks, driveways, septic systems, tiles, underground utilities or other properties associated with this delivery is not the responsibility of New Flame Propane & Firewood.
